Insight without surveillance
To run the service we look at usage, cost, latency and workload mix — not a harvest of what your people type. Files and conversations are encrypted while they travel and while they are stored. Data processing follows the agreed service and data-processing terms.
If you ever choose to contribute aggregated, de-identified workload intelligence, that is explicitly opt-in. We do not routinely use customer content to train shared models.
